Привет всем! кто-нибудь может объяснить почему когда я скачиваю видео , то на любом этапе закачки протсходит следущее: скорость падает до нуля и больше не подымается, соотыетственно файл недокачен а докачки нет, пробовал опять скачивать - тоже самое.тоже самое.В чём может быть проблема подскажте, провайдер у меня РОЛ.

попробуй сделать следущее:

net stop dnscache
net start dnscache

возможно заработает

Если качаешь через диалап - то это нормальное его состояние.
если через выделёнку - передавай привет провайдеру.

Hello, here it is a tv performance of MT in October 98 , in France (Hit Machine, M6).
The quality is not very good but I unfortunately can't improve it because I found the video on a website not closed.

ps: I have about 8 tv performances MT did in France in 1998 and 1999 on video tapes. Could anyone tell me how to put them on my computer? Thank you

You need to have a TV Tuner card, or any other video capturing card with the RCA "line in" jack (or any other line in like YUV, RGB, S-Video...) You need to connect your computer to the TV through a cable(s) with the cable(s) inserted in the "line out" exit in the TV and connect them to the "line in" in the TV Tuner Card.
Same thing goes for the sound, but this time with the sound card. Almost every sound card has a "Line in" mixing device.
You need to use some capturing program to record it into the computer, and then encode it. And of course use the right cables, according to your connections.

This is a very general explaination.

pouuuf, thank you very much for trying , Neo Storm but it seems very difficult. However, I use a "usb instant tv" to watch tv and there is a way to plug my video tape on it. The problem is that
1) the videotape recorder is at my parents'
2) I don't think I have the right cable
3) I don't know where is the right ouput for it on the videotape recorder.

Nevertheless, I can also to record the programs with my webcam and microphone, it can be a good beginning.

Once again, the quality is not fantastic but as I said above, I can not do better at the moment
Anyway, this is still a little something

Note that the performance is not full because this video has been broadcast on an American channel, where MT is not as famous as in Europe.
However, I also have the French edition, which features the full performance. I will update it as soon as possible, unless someone did it before

Mmm .. I would not recommend continueing posting low-q videos, they are hardly watchable. Use larger file sizes and better bitrate and quality. I miself was amazed that a video is at the size of a typical MP3 file.

No problem, I don't think I have more interesting videos to post currently
but for the ones I have to upload from video tapes to my computer, I will use a good quality bitrate.
